document.write('It’s the day of our departure to Freetown; the children are in their seats eager to start the journey, as the adults run through their last mental “to do” lists. From Germany we drove to our port of departure in Antwerp, Belgium. Our team of four adults (Matt and Melissa, Davida, and Sonja—the new member of our team) and five children said our “good-byes” to Europe, and boarded the Huge cargo ship that was to be our home for the next two weeks.
